All sponsors need to submit their organization's logo in Vector .EPS format to Energy@FreshFromFlorida.com.

Exhibit Space

Exhibit space, both interior and exterior, is limited and provided to sponsors based first, on their sponsorship level and second, the date their sponsorship form and payment is received.

Exhibiting sponsors will receive an exhibit booth consisting of 8’ high back drape and 3’ high side rails, 6’ draped table, 2 chairs, wastebasket and ID sign (7” x 44” black lettering on white poster board). Detailed information concerning exhibitor rules, electricity, and internet access will be provided by our exhibit management company, Shepard Exposition Services.

To earn the Supporting Organization Status, your organization is required to send at least one promotional email to your constituency and implement at least two additional methods from the following (email documentation of your activity to Energy@FreshFromFlorida.com):
